Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert nursing care tailored to the unique needs of individuals with IDD, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
  • Work closely with our RN manager and group home manager to deliver prompt and effective emergency caregiving services when needed.
  • Assist with meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene, and mobility support, enhancing independence and quality of life for the individuals we serve.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any relevant observations to ensure comprehensive support for our residents.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
  • Must hold a valid LPN license in Oregon, with a passion for providing top-notch care to those in need.
  • Proficiency in tube feeding, IV maintenance, and other specialized procedures, along with CPR/first aid certification.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
  • Successful completion of a level II background check
